The WORST experience ever. I was accused multiple times of stating damage not caused by hitting a deer. The scratch was right on the edge of the fender where the bumper was crushed up and in by the impact. The bumper was smashed into and touching that area, and yet I'm a liar and they're going to accuse me of insurance fraud? They brought this scratch up multiple times in a very passive type of way. RecommendedI've had multiple jobs where my cars needed detail oriented work and a company I can trust. The staff and owners have always went ABOVE AND BEYOND with all their work. I have worked with Julie through previous employment with Enterprise Holdings, and she has been nothing but a pleasure to work with through the years. Worst experience! Took my car got an estimate, agreed to the cost/work. However Frank and Bills were not on the same page. First repair was my lock, well they did put a new lock on they did not rekey for my fob, instead just gave me 2 keys. They stated that this is how it’s done but after stating that was unacceptable, they fixed it days later( they had my vehicle for a week). My front bumper was supposed to be taken off, repaired and put back on. They did below average work and I can provide pictures. They just painted over... read more

Thanks Frank and Bill’s Auto Collision Center for doing an awesome job on repairing my Honda Pilot! The staff is awesome & they give updates as often as you want! My pilot was ready exactly when they said it would be completed.

My Blazer was sideswiped several years ago and the paint job that was done by them is peeling. My truck is an 02 and my original paint looks better than theirs.
