I'm really starting to despise this Doctor's office. I have called a total of 4 times trying to make an appointment and they keep telling me to call back in 5 mins or 10mins because the receptionist is in the middle of something. I'm not kidding, that's been my response every time I try to make an appointment and I've been trying to do this for about 5 months now. Honestly I give up and I'm currently looking for a new PCP ASAP
Very bad customer service.
The personal care and thoroughness of this office is great. They are well knowledged on a range of medical topics. They cater to those who are apprehensive or fearful of proceedures guiding them every step of the way. .I feel so comfortable bringing my mother here.
I do not recommend this office. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and upon arrival was told that I could not be seen without a referral. Seen 3 specialists last month and no referral was required for any of those doctors. Insurance stated no referral was required also. Secretary was lazy and highly unprofessional.
I appreciate the doctors in this office. Came in for one issue that was addressed but was also helped with an issue that I wasn’t taking seriously but was! Thank you to the entire staff. very thorough and helpful people here.
