If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been coming here for years and it has always been a mission with the front desk, but lately it's been getting worse and worse. The front desk girl is very rude. Every time I set an appointment for a certain time, I get reminder emails as I get closer to the appointment date but the time always gets changed. My experience with this medical office was truly terrible. They are extremely disrespectful. I received an email informing me that my results were ready. I headed over there to pick them up; on the way, I called to confirm that they were indeed ready. I was told not to come at that moment, but to return the following day, as they would be ready then.
