Al's is great, Al took very good care of me when I called Frank nearly in Columbia I was so disgusted with the Maytag I had bought a few months ago from Frank Appliance which they had recommended! The Maytag Bravos XL is such a piece of junk - our clothes, sheets, towels had a film on them! They were never really clean - gross. Anyway, Al to the rescue.
