Frank Anderson is a very sorry pathadic Renter!!!! Me & my fiancee moved in w/are 3 month old son & had a newborn up until my son was 1 yr & my daughter 4 months... But it was run down the carpets havent been change since the 1970s still crazy red color & walls were cracked & rotten Ecspecially the bathtub I could go on!! But we ended up painting 3 bedroom walls& fixing tons of holes in the wall & he wouldnt help fix anything!
