I had a great experience with both Frank and Sons on Robertsons in Richland as well as Dent Ninja who did the paintless dent repair.
My 2013 dodge challenger R/T was hit from behind and the rear end was torn off. I brought it to Frank and Sons to get fixed. They did a phenomenal job on the repair. Not only does it look good it looks better than before the accident. They also had excellent communication through the entire process.
Frank and Sons Auto Repair was amazing from start to finish! From the first phone call to the final billing process, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I worked with Laura at the front desk and Bill, the estimator, and both of them were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
