Do not take your vehicle anywhere else! This auto body shop is by far the best! My brand new beautiful 4Runner had extensive front end damage from someone failing to yield in front of me. Needless to say, I was heart broken. Charlie promised they would return it to me looking brand new and he kept that promise! He also made sure that my vehicle did not get repaired with recycled or unlike parts of the original condition. Frank and Sons is currently the only Tesla-certified autobody shop in the entirety of Eastern Washington as of June 2026. They just recently received their certification from Tesla a few weeks ago, and this is a huge benefit for those of us living in the Walla Walla or Tri-Cities area. Prior to this, Tesla owners were required to travel to Spokane, Portland, or the Seattle area for any repairs. Frank and Sons helped me get my vehicle towed the shop, estimated, and brought back home in less than 2 business days. The front desk lady, Ellynn, was super helpful as well and made the process really easy. Thank you again Frank and Sons.
Stay away from this shop. The only damage to my truck when it was brought in was a dent in the front passenger door. That’s it. Despite that, the shop proceeded to remove and tear down parts that were not damaged, including ripping off the trim, door handle, and door panel from the rear passenger door, removing trim from the fender, and taking off the headlight.
