Very Disappointed This is the 3rd car I buy from this dealership and I have always serviced my cars there. Yesterday, I took my car for the big 60K service, and included in this service is "tire rotation". I took the car home to find out they scratched 3 of my rims badly!!! Went there to see what they can do or say about it, and of course, they denied it. I always keep my car clean and wipe the tires and rims daily or every other day. Frank Ancona I was not truly impressed with the service at Frank Ancona. First, to get to the store, you have to follow all these detours, which is enough to make you cranky. I had a check light come on my car so I took it there. They wouldn't tell me how much it would cost to see if what the problems was. I didn't not just show up there, I had made an appointment.
