Traded for a 2007 Lincoln MKX. Dog feces, urine, dander, was concealed. They also on the car report check list stated the air filter was "OK". Spent time in the hospital twice because the car was unsafe. They committed fraud (they say it was an honest mistake) that the cabin filter was not documented correctly. Very Disappointed This is the 3rd car I buy from this dealership and I have always serviced my cars there. Yesterday, I took my car for the big 60K service, and included in this service is "tire rotation". I took the car home to find out they scratched 3 of my rims badly!!! Went there to see what they can do or say about it, and of course, they denied it. I always keep my car clean and wipe the tires and rims daily or every other day. I am 110% sure that the scratches were not there the night before. From now on, I will NEVE... read more

Frank Ancona I was not truly impressed with the service at Frank Ancona. First, to get to the store, you have to follow all these detours, which is enough to make you cranky. I had a check light come on my car so I took it there. They wouldn't tell me how much it would cost to see if what the problems was. I didn't not just show up there, I had made an appointment.
