We’re currently staying at the Biltmore and this was our first time dining here during our visit. The food and atmosphere were excellent (highly recommend the burrata). Unfortunately, the service significantly detracted from the experience. You know how it is when you don’t necessarily want to leave the hotel or resort but you don’t really know if you’re gonna get a great meal? That was absolutely not the case here. Joshua was our server and was very friendly and helpful in making several great suggestions from the menu. I ended up having the half roasted chicken and my husband had the crispy chicken sandwich.
