I would highly recommend Dr. Frank. My family and I have been going to him for years. He's very thorough and patient. I did go to another eye doctor when my insurance changed a while back and quickly returned to Dr. Frank. He's the best!
The man curses in front of patients - he is a complete disgrace - I wouldn’t send my fish to this office not just his behavior but also his lack of respect for those around him.
Doctor is fine. Staff is the problem. Had a problem with lenses and was told several different excuses as to why after 3 weeks still not resolved. Will not return to this office and would definitely not recommend their services. Customer/patient service is practically non existent. Just don't seem to care!!
I have been going to Dr. Frank since 1980. He is always very nice, friendly and thorough. I trust in him, my daughter goes to him and is very happy also. Don't know who the prior review came from but I have always had good experiences. I would recommend him.
RecommendedDr Frank is an amazing optometrist, he goes above and beyond to help with any eye problems I might have from my numerous side projects and is very personable. As for his staff I can't say enough, they stayed late to make sure my contacts were comfortable and didn't bother my eyes. Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you.
Professional,friendly,thorough and does not hesitate to recommend other sources such as Eye Care Associates if needed. This recommendation is what saved my eye when I encountered a retina tear. Follow up was very intense during this situation. On a scale of 1-10. 10 being the best..... It’s a 10.

He is NOT friendly or polite at all! I do NOT recommend my worst enemy to see this doctor, he seems way past his prime.
