Dr. Tobin was my first Dermotologist, was hoping he'd be my only. He moved to Arizona and I miss him dearly. You just don't meet many doctors like him. Hope he's liking Arizona, we sure miss him in Illinois.
I was diagnosed with squamous cell skin cancer in situ at Pinnacle's lab and underwent a curettage to excise it by Dr. Frank Tobin. It seemed to layman-me that his knowledge and skill were unimpeachable. And coming in contact with his relaxed, straigt-shooting but gentle temperament not only settled my nerves but raised my spirits!
Dr Tobin is both professional as well as thorough. Treats you with respect and takes the time to answer any and all of your questions. I highly recommend him!
