Very thorough, very professional and was very interested in helping me maintain my health
I have been with Dr. Lastra and Kim his assistant for 18 to 20 years... Dr lastra and his team do a wonderful job. I became ill but couldn't get a office visit quickly, but Dr lastra and Kim provided me a tela appointment on my phone the same day... It was a video call and very easy to do from home. Once done I received a text message from CVS that my new prescription would be available within 2 hours... That's Baycare at work! All my doctors are on the Baycare Team...
Dr. Lastra has been my PCP since I was 16 or so. Absolutely amazing, patient and always spends the time needed.
