Quilt Frame and Stand No 48172 Have to say your instructions are a little hard to follow but eventually got it put together. It was necessary to drill holes that were absent at the ends of the forward legs, however. Purchased kit at a garage sale and it looked like the previous owner gave up trying to assemble it.
I just helped my neighbor assemble your 5560-G Quilting Frame. I’m giving you 2 stars because all of the pieces were there. But holy cow, by far the WORST instructions I’ve ever seen. It is absurd and unacceptable for you to explain each step with TEXT ONLY and include some horrible drawings below. How on earth did you think these were sufficient? I ordered a frame and found it was impossible to assemble. So I sent it back and ordered a different one, which I am also having trouble assembling. The assembly instructions are impossible to follow. Can someone in your company please help me.
Excellent after the sale customer service. Fast, efficient and friendly. I was starting to think this did not exist anymore. I should alos mention that the quality of their products is far superior to any of the junk you get from overseas and well worth any difference in cost.
