Dr. B puts on a razzle dazzle show for the sales pitch of types of lenses to chose and push for the laser. Surgery "center" is in a strip mall and design is from the 1960s; not really clean. Operating rooms look more like office space that was retrofitted. Once it's your turn to go in the "chair" to get setup for surgery, there is no privacy; other surgeries I've had put a curtain between each patient.
