He was my Doctor for 10 years. I missed 2 appointments. 1. during my wife's surgery that they scheduled at the same time, and the follow up appointment that they made without my knowledge while I was still caring for my wife after her surgery. The other day I get a certified letter in the mail that I am no longer a patient for missing my appointments. As soon as this office was purchased by Southwoods it's been all down hill.
