Franey's stands behind everything they sell. Even though it had been over 15 years since my carpet was laid when I called to have someone see what could be done about the wrinkling. Jimmy came right out looked it over (I did have my original receipt) and told me I had a lifetime pad that had gone bad. A week later their men came out and removed my old pad, put in a new allergen free pad and reinstalled my carpet over the top.
