Menominee office employees could not provide date of the tank because it was not in their database because the tank was older than five years and did not want to go through papers. Laziness. Charged me $100 dollar service charge to locate the propane line since I had just bought the house. Two technicians to paint lines. They pulled the money off my account that was intended for propane without asking. Manager answered email I sent but only answered what he wanted to. Switched to another provider and have not had a problem.

It’s not the Menominee offices fault, but ever since being bought by CV I’ve had issues. Used to be call and ask for oil, it was there the next day, and they hung a bill on your door. Simple. This year I had to fill out multiple credit applications that kept getting lost. Then was promised another credit app in the mail that never came. More than once. I own my own tank, so I shop around. They always have a good price, friendly service and great response. I've used them for the last six years.
