The history of Franco's Athletic Club dates back to 1986 when Ron and Sandy Franco moved to Mandeville, LA with the hopes of purchasing the Bon Temps Club, a 28,000 sq. ft. racquetball and social club. They were successful in purchasing the club on April 4, 1988. The club was originally on two acres and had ten racquetball courts, a 1000 sq. ft. weight room, and outdoor pool, four tennis courts, and parking. So glad I joined this place! Super clean facility and the staff is fantastic!
Had a great time with my son working out on the exercise equipment ! A bunch of kids my sons age came up stairs in a group and started getting on the equipment ! The staff member made them go back downstairs. Thank you since we had to pay extra for my son to be able to work out and learn how to use the equipment properly with instruction from one of the staff. Didn't think it would be right for the kids that didn't have training. Then later at the kids equipment weigh area , we saw three smaller children working on the weigh... read more
