My dream day. Words can’t even describe how amazing of an experience we had. Kait took us on a beautiful ride, followed by the most beautiful place to take our engagement pictures. The dedication she gave to get the best angles and shots for us was unmatched. We could not have had a better photographer AND experience. I am so thankful we had kait. The rooms are nice but no TV. Our had the noise from the Pub coming thru the pipes so I wouldn't recommend room 31. The breakfast was nice. The Pub closes early and you can't bring your drink to the nice seating areas so you basically are sent to your room at 9:30. The food was very good and the staff there was attentive.
This location really worked for us, being between White Mountain and Franconia State Park. The people were friendly and the food was good. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Only down side for us was that there was no TV in the room, the room did not have black out shades and the sink water tasted a little rusty( we just went downstairs for the free water). All in all a good trip.
Beautiful spot! Katie and Mark took us out on a beautiful trailride through the river and trails, was quiet and picturesque and they were very knowledgeable about riding. The horses were all well behaved and happy, but not your usual poky old trail ponies. Would definitely recommend a trail ride with them :) and don’t forget to tip your guide well..!
Rented Horse, a bit expensive $95/ hour,but in my opinion we'll worth the excellent trail .Big, gentle horses, as Calm as can be.Western tack.,hard helmet provided.GREAT guides, very friendly.Horses know the trails blinfolded.They weave alongside Beautiful River, deep grasses, meadows and shaded forest area.Loved this SO much! I will rent again.Only wish, they charged like ---$50/60. Yet, gentle horses well worth the experience.
