This was my first time at Franconia Auto Repair, being new to the area. I received excellent service, everyone was friendly and they made sure everything was done well and quickly. I appreciated that they helped me prioritize which services and repairs I needed done immediately and which could wait until next time. I had a bad valve stem they brought in the shop look at it and told me wat is was I got all 4 replace on the spot this place is the real deal and I'll be back
I was initially nervous about taking my car to a new shop for inspection but the guys over at Franconia Auto Repair were great. They gave me all the options and the prices I needed to know and suggested what I could live with for the time being. I will most definitely be taking my car there for all future service needs!
This is one of the best places I've ever found for my auto repairs today on the way home from work caught a screw in my tire at work , i called them right at closing time and they waited for me to come to repair my tire after closing hours and let it be known, on a Friday night at that. They are TRULY dedicated to their customers I can't speak enough of this place Very kind, courteous, and above all very honest. and all the people that work there . Thank-you Franconia Auto , for the past year of service and more to come.
