The receptionist and nurse were really nice and considerate. However, I would not recommend Dr. Siva. Especially if you're trying to establish care as a new resident. She went above and beyond to make me feel like she didn't have time for me or my health. She also tried making me feel incompetent. I would not recommend Dr. Siva as a primary care doctor. Maybe the other doctors in this clinic are better than her, but until I see a different doctor I give this place 2 stars because of how Dr. Siva treated me.
The place is clean and ran in orderly fashion. I feel at home with all I have had contact with, the service is professional and friendly. They try their best to accommodate my requests no complaints. Just very pleased.
I lived in massena and had blood work done in October/November of 2016 and she went on about B12 and different vitamins I need, I recently got a doctor in California and gave my new doctor my blood work and she asked if I New I was anemic, and I said what are you taking about she had emergency lab work ordered, I found out my iron level is 8.7 when it should be between 20-50!!!
