Three times in a row now, this clinic has cancelled my cleaning appointment the day before. Each time, the earliest they can reschedule me is not for another month or more. I finally went in for my cleaning today after months of being delayed and they proceeded to tell me that the hygienist simply didn’t show up to work today because I didn’t see/respond to one of their automatic text messages. Wonderful office. The staff is professional and kind. The technology used allows Dr. Zayas to show the patient’s mouth and teeth which allows him to explain every step he takes. I am thankful I found this office. Highly recommend.
