I have been a customer for years and I can’t believe I’ve never left a review! From repairs to originally designed jewelry to converting old things into something new François is a marvel! Highly recommend!
I’ve used Francois many times in the last few years for maintenance on various pieces of my jewelry from watches to my grandmother’s diamond ring. Each interaction has been both professional and pleasant from start to finish. A few months ago I was surprisingly given a ring in very sad condition that belonged to my mum. There is absolutely no one else I would have trusted, except Francois to bring my mother’s ring back to life. Francois is the best! I got my fiance's engagement ring from him and she absolutely loves it. Picking out the ring was super easy, and there were so many beautiful and customizable options. The ring came in just a couple weeks! Couldn't recommend him enough.
Do not buy or anything repaired by this man, he is a complete RIP OFF!!! I got two Chains soldered & a new clasp for one of my chains. $125.00
