The mantle for our English Cottage was everything we could have hoped. To think it was all done by phone, is simply amazing and when COVID hit and everything slowed down, our product was one of the few items that did not result in a crazy delay. Amber (from the Nashville showroom) was a pleasure to work with and even helped give me guided suggestions of an appropriate firebox when the one specced was unavailable. Overall, Francois and Co. is a top-notch company, product and service.
