Customer service can be deceiving. After noticing my review I wrote to this place on yelp several years ago was taken down, I am astonished to say how dare this place violate my freedom of speech in order to save their reputation. I've wrote my honest experience and they have the nerve to take it down? Very very sneaky fellas.............

I know it’s been a while 9 years! But Franco helped my husband pick his wedding suit and was the best decision he has made! He’s bought a few suits from them and still has them. Great quality!We are sad we are not in California anymore! But they are amazing at helping you find what is best for you and your personality! Definitely will recommended them!
Franco is horrible. The worst customer service .

My wife will also express this, too: The friends at Franco Uomo went above and beyond to deliver the best result and experience for my wedding. Even with last minute changes, a few hours prior to the wedding, they've delivered excellent result and outcome. I'm a big fan, and if I plan something big or am celebrating something important, I'll definitely pay Franco Uomo again.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. They need $500 deposit to even show you their stuff
