Mike Franco and his team replaced the roof at my house in November. The work was phenomenal! There was attention to detail, fairing pricing and done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Mike Franco Roofing to anyone in need of roof repairs or a roof replacement!

The rubber roof was improperly installed on the flat roof. It was noticeably leaking into the adjacent rooms after 6 years. The company was contacted for a leaking repair request. The request was declined and the 10-year warranty was not honored. The home owner was told to pay the repairs even though the installed roof was still under warranty.
