I had my first visit with Dr. Franco Porto the other day, and man, he was absolutely awesome. I have a lot of hormonal issues that have been going on with me for the last year and a half. I have been to my old doctor, done bloodwork, gone to a Dermatologist, given medications (topical and orally) AND spent hundreds of dollars just to find out nothing worked for me and received no real answers. This morning my mother had an Appointment at 1PM. I would love if someone besides Manager CHARMS to give me a call back. Moving forward with CHARMS being unprofessional, Doctors at IRVING HWY 183 location can loose multiple patients because of CHARMS poor quality of work, communication, following procedures as a Manager and NOT paying attention to details, she made a BIG mistake and as new patient at this clinic, this is NOT acceptable.
