Doesn't return phone calls, or text messages. My ring should've been done a week ago and we have been unable to make contact. This review is neutral. I haven't been able to do any business with them. Every time I come in person it's closed. Today I came on a Tuesday, at 14:42 and they were closed. They don't answer calls. This is the 4th time this year I've tried coming here and they've been closed every time I show up. I always try to call ahead and see if anyone is in but they never pick up. I'm just very frustrated and disappointed.

Excellent customer service, very quick turnaround, and very fair pricing. Skip the big franchise jewelers who take weeks for repairs and charge a lot more! Franco had my ring sized within two days for just $50.
