I’m truly happy with the work that was done on my wedding ring. I was referred to Franco‘s jewelers from a friend of mine. I have been trying to find a place that I felt I could go to and trust someone to take my wedding ring to and have it fixed. My ring had lost two of the emeralds and diamonds as well on that were on the sides of the setting of the main stone. Doesn't return phone calls, or text messages. My ring should've been done a week ago and we have been unable to make contact. Even went to the store and it was closed during posted business hours ***Update we have officially got Clearfield Police involved*** in trying to help us get ahold of the owner we are giving it a week and then seeking legal action if still no response. ***Last update*** finally got my ring back there is some sort of fabric stuck between the prongs holding up the main diamond so we are taking it elsewh... read more
This review is neutral. I haven't been able to do any business with them. Every time I come in person it's closed. Today I came on a Tuesday, at 14:42 and they were closed. They don't answer calls. This is the 4th time this year I've tried coming here and they've been closed every time I show up. I always try to call ahead and see if anyone is in but they never pick up. I'm just very frustrated and disappointed.
