One of the most impressive CrossFit affiliated I’ve dropped in at in a long time. Impeccably organized, thoughtful and challenging programming (dropped in two days in a row), and solid community vibe. Highly recommend.
I had a chance to drop in at Franco Fitness while I was in town for work, and I want to give a big plug to the owner, Nacho Franco. When I reached out to contact the gym, he personally responded within five minutes and got me booked into one of his busier classes the very next morning. I was super intimidated trying CrossFit as I never touched a barbell before but everyone at this gym is so welcoming and helpful- clients and coaches alike! The coaches help me with my form each class. I’m seeing so much improvement to my fitness in the short time I’ve been going! Very encouraged and motivated by Franco Fitness :)
Dropped in on a Saturday for open gym. This place has everything you’d ever need - a seriously impressive amount of equipment. The owner was super nice as well and made me feel right at home. If you’re looking to drop in or just lift on your own, this is a great pick
