I highly recommend this company. Great communication from Daniel start to finish. He answered all of my questions and had no problem getting me exactly what I wanted. The whole process took a week once I made my decision and provided a deposit. The whole team was polite and professional. They cleaned the property so well you couldn't tell they were even here. Thanks for the great roof and quality work. My chimney even matches.

Franco Contractors built a new roof addition off the back of our home over our patio. Daniel was great to work with! Great price, quality work, and very responsive and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I bought a house and renovated the entire thing. Franco contractors came in and demo'd the place and placed all new flooring, tile, paint, trim, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures. They did a great job and got the job done quick with no hassle and great quality! Very happy with the way everything turned out.

We had a house fire Dec 30, 2022. We been fool around with one of them property management outfits for 8 weeks with little to no movement even though they had an insurance check. The Property management violated the contract. We call Daniel at Franco and he was at our site within 2 days and did a walk through and talked to us. 3 days later he met us back on site with an estimate as well as the scope and timeline to start and complete the project. From the owner and all the employees they were all terrific.
