I bought a house and renovated the entire thing. Franco contractors came in and demo'd the place and placed all new flooring, tile, paint, trim, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures. They did a great job and got the job done quick with no hassle and great quality! Very happy with the way everything turned out.
We had a house fire Dec 30, 2022. We been fool around with one of them property management outfits for 8 weeks with little to no movement even though they had an insurance check. The Property management violated the contract. We call Daniel at Franco and he was at our site within 2 days and did a walk through and talked to us. 3 days later he met us back on site with an estimate as well as the scope and timeline to start and complete the project. From the owner and all the employees they were all terrific.
Bathroom remodel, hand rails, and new entry and storm door. They did a wonderful job with every job. I've never felt more comfortable with a stranger in our home. Kind, polite, knowledgeable, and personable.
