Today I was supposed to be seen for a follow up appointment only to find out I was scheduled for the Miramar location not the Doral location. A complete waste of my time. Not sure why the genius receptionist couldn’t confirm or figure out I wanted to come back to the same location. Not rocket science! Now, I am having a delay in treatment all because of this careless mistake. The staff is incredibly rude at both locations miramar and Doral , i tried miramar location didn’t like the service and i switched to Doral and it was even worse Dr Franco should hire better staff .
Great service, quick and easy. Guys go here if you have an ingrown toe nail.
Horrible staff their past time is to shut the door in your face and laugh dr franco should be ashamed!!
They mistreat patients.
