Not open 24 hours Franck's Gym used to be open 24 hours-but not any longer. It was great when it was. Now it's hours are limited and not very useful on the weekends (7am-1pm)
Good Choice! This place is open 24, and yes I mean 24 hours a day. They have a wonderful array of equipment for everyone and even have a little store where you can buy protein bars and shakes if you so choose. They have personal trainers available and are very friendly. The only thing I don't like about this place is the front of the building is all windows, so everyone in their passing cars can watch you work out.
