I had taken my truck twice to have detailed. The first time was exceptional. The second time, they never took the cover off my back seat to vacuum it. It's a pet throw cover and they never removed it. I called and they said I could take it back up there, but I didn't have anymore time off work to get there before 5. Never really seemed too concerned that my entire back seat was completely overlooked.
This place is great fast, timely, quality work. I won't take my car anywhere else but here. Plus they deal with the hassle of an insurance claim and I don't have to lift a finger. Thank you Franck Brothers!!!
