I recommend Francisco's Automotive Whenever I go to Francisco's for repairs, I feel confident that I will leave without feeling like I've been raked over the coals. They give thorough quotes and explanations on anything that I don't understand, the service has always been excellent, and the staff is always courteous. While auto repairs are never fun, at least I have a place to go that I trust will do me right.
Will NEVER GO BACK! They had my car for over 2 months and charged me over $6k for a car that still does not work. Then they call the owner of my work to threaten going to the better business bureau on him if I do not remove my reviews.
I got RIPPED OFF My first impression of Francisco's Auto Repair was a good one. But Shane has terrible customer service issues after he has the vehicle. I dont know why maybe he needs customer service training. I am surprised he still gets customers with the attitude he gives. I could swear the he wants you to leave him alone. Get it in writing I'm just advising that if you do do business here, get it in writing and make sure no work is performed without your authorization and get an expected time of completion. You will save yourself tons of headaches. Tell him you do not want to be waiting around for days until he decides to get back to you. His employees don't even want to get work done there.
