I went three times, I never saw the doctor. There is a receptionist who has bitterness in her soul. If she notices that you are of Hispanic descent, she treats the patients very badly. There are so many people who need to work and speak up to 3 languages. And there is that person there who barely speaks a language and if you speak it with an accent, she lacks empathy, a smile, zero kindness. Went in for a yearly physical at 2 pm today, as they requested. 45 minutes later, I went up and asked and receptionist tells me Dr is still 45 minutes or more out and if I didn’t wanna wait, I could reschedule for February. This is the second time I had to reschedule this physical with them from last year because of their poor time management. The staff is curt with No empathy to your time or money spent. State funded Organization that would close down due to poor service if they had to maintain business in the real.
Stay away from this Dr. I went in for my 1st visit ( I'm a senior) . He told me he couldn't write a prescription for Ambien ( as a controled substance) and to see a phycartrist HOWEVER, he could write me a prescription for an S.S.R.I. that I should see a phycartrist for. This is NUTS & why our medical community is to blame for all our ills starting with believing BIG PHARMA and pushing all those OXYCOTIN so that the poor trucker driving across country can't even get any relief.
