I am not who is this doctor he was assigned to me by Medicare and it was already billed a medicine in my name and it was received on his office instead to my house address ??? !!
My insurance automatically assigned me to this practice. I have not visited them once. and they put it a claim to the insurance. they are a fraudulent practice and the authorities will be contacted.
Worst DR office ever , they charged my husbands insurance without him been seen for the first time , this is unacceptable
