My son went in for his check up And was informed he had a cavity, they filled it and put a Crown. Well, we got home. The Crown fell off so I called the next day in the morning. They give me appointment for the Boca office. We get there, we're not greeted by the Doctor he was arguing with his staff was very rude, was informed by him that if The Crown fell off again to leave it off meaning to tell me that my son was gonna be in pain until he lost that baby tooth very unprofessional. The worst. Turned down my daughter because she had some anxiety. Told us to find another practice.
I am not usually the one to leave a review, but it would be remiss of me if I did not share one today. I want to thank Dr. F. Jimenez and his staff of Pediatric Dentistry for taking care of my family. My boys has been a long time patient of Dr. Jimenez, until 2 years ago when I relocated and wasn't able to make the hour drive to their Wellington office.
