My healthy teenage son was a new patient, and I booked him his annual physical, which was covered by my insurance at 100%. Unfortunately, this practice not only billed for the physical, but submitted a separate charge for an office visit and refused to remove the charge. We were then called in to discuss the lab work done, only to be told it was all normal and then be charged for another office visit. They are now trying to get us to pay $300. Ridiculous.
Absolutely the best PCP I have had in San Antonio. He is courteous, professional and most importantly he is very informative. You don’t feel like a number he is personable and very thorough. Not the regular PCP or MD that’s in and out in 5 minutes.
I have finally found a Dr that I feel is respectful and who listens carefully. I have had no problems getting an appointment to see him and never have a long wait. The office is very clean and comfortable and the staff is courteous and friendly. I have recommended Dr Barrajas to family because I believe he is a very good doctor!
Always on time, excellent bedside manners
Finally a doctor that listened to me, he gave a good explanation of my condition and his treatment has worked.
