Office runs like a well-oiled machine. Never seen more than one other patient in waiting room.
I would like to thank your staff and the Medtronics technician for the excellent care received during my visit to your office June 19th. Your receptionist and your office manager were very helpful in solving a problem I had with a late receipt which I did not owe. My appointment ran on time, the technician was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting and examination rooms. Everyone did a thorough job
Dr. Gonzalez explains all treatment options in a clear and easy to understand manner. He listens to all concerns and spends a good deal of time with you. He is a good listener and possesses excellent doctor/patient skills. It is clearly evident that Dr. Francisco Gonzalez and his staff take great pride in providing excellent patient care. I have seen a good number of doctors in my lifetime and Dr. Francisco Gonzalez ranks at the top. I feel blessed to be a patient under his care.
This practice is awesome. Dr. Gonzales actually listens to you. Doesnt put u down because he's the doc and u r the patient. And the office staff are great. Cant say enough good. Been going to him for almost 10 years. Never change.
I had a great experience at Dr. Gonzales clinic. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The wait time was short and I saw the doctor very soon. Right away I had a good feeling that I could trust the doctor with my illness. I will recommend Dr. Gonzales to all my friends and family.
VERY disappointed. AWFUL bedside manner. I've been to better doctors. Will not be coming back.
Awful experience with this doctor. He doesn't have the common sense to make eye contact when talking to you. His overall demeanor is offensive and arrogant. Will NEVER come back nor recommend him to others.
Since I went with Dr. Gonzalez, about five years a go, my hart arritmias are in full control
I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez to anyone needing a Cardiac Electro physiologist, he was caring and made a point to explain things in a way that was down to earth and easy to understand. He was honest to explain the bad parts as well as the good which made my decision making easy.
