Dr Castillo was professional, on time and thoughtfully accurate.
Concise and direct approach demonstrated both empathy and knowledge. Gave me confidence in a fearful time for me. CB lead treatment plan. Well done.
Dr. Castillo was very nice & efficient. However, there were at least 6 of us in the waiting area who had appointments with him at almost the same time. 2 people left & I don't blame them. I almost always have a long wait & sometimes cannot get a parking place at the Gresham office. Pretty frustrating.
Waiting 1 hour to meet doctor. Nurse didn't respect us by answering questions, even I had not finished my questions.
