Your visit with Dr. Esteves will be fine as long as you don't mind waiting in an office for an hour while he accommodates drug reps. When I expressed my frustration at having to wait so long Dr. Esteves flipped out and told me I would have waited three hours at an emergency room. He was appalled (I believe) that a woman would ever speak to him like that. I feel I was respectful and correct.
