Zero stars if I could. These ladies were so lazy, and denied me and another woman of service, after sitting for 12 mins, we were told we had to go to another location for services. They turned the lights and tv off at 5:35pm although closing time isn’t until 6pm. They made sure they took all of the caucasian patients and turned me and the other colored patient away.
A week later I am still waiting to hear the results of a five minute test .. absolutely horrible!!!
A very wealthy corporation that claims non profit can do better screening their employees at Michigan City Workingwell center. First impression customer service is the lasting impressions! I read the reviews before deciding planning my day and they were poor but i gave them the bennifit of the doubt. I heard from peers this location was much better than other locations. Awful experience. Cannot draw people well. Sent my urine drug test for pre employment to the wrong state by accident so I had to redo it! They made multiple mistakes on my forms that caused this to happen, absolutely incompetent. Do not go here! Go to a different location.
