A very wealthy corporation that claims non profit can do better screening their employees at Michigan City Workingwell center. First impression customer service is the lasting impressions! I read the reviews before deciding planning my day and they were poor but i gave them the bennifit of the doubt. I heard from peers this location was much better than other locations. Awful experience. Cannot draw people well. Sent my urine drug test for pre employment to the wrong state by accident so I had to redo it! They made multiple mistakes on my forms that caused this to happen, absolutely incompetent. Do not go here! Go to a different location.
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff.
Coming here is always an awful experience. I think I've met two women there that don't have a horrible attitude as soon as you walk in. The doctor has no idea what she's talking about. Told me how you can't get diseases from dirty needles. Also dealing with work comp with them is a nightmare. They won't give doctors any of your paperwork and will prolong things forever. If you can, please go to somewhere else. HealthEAccess in La Porte has much better customer service.
