Another update: They are at it again. Staff are stealing food bank food from Seniors AGAIN, they lock the main area bathrooms which makes it hard on Seniors to make it all the way back home to relieve themselves, charging full price on what is supposed to be low income housing for those on section 8, and are disorganized on paperwork sending second notices for things that have already been submitted. This property is extremely well managed with experienced ,friendly and all staff always helpful !! So many wonderful amenities! Feel very grateful to live here !

Update: A regional director reached out to us and has been working to fix these problems. We appreciate that they are making an effort to make things better. Beware!!! The current manager, Geraldine, is unethical. She is supposed to enforce the rules, but she breaks them instead. Here are some examples. Residents aren't allowed to have long-term guests, yet she has her boyfriend living with her. She (and Hannah, her secretary) steal food bank food that is meant for senior citizens.
