No air conditioning since last Friday. Still out on Sunday. The heat index outside has been around 105 degrees. Are you kidding me? The elderly and sick patients down there deserve better. This happens every summer. Totally uncalled for!
RecommendedWe are so happy with the care my father has been receiving. The facility is very clean & always smells fresh. Lots of fun activities for all the residents as well.
The facility and the people were all first rate but they NEVER ONCE told us my mother was out of network on her insurance!! Subsequently we got a bill for over $5,000! My mom is almost 87 years old. She was paying $50 to $100 a month and for some reason missed May 2018 because she was in another rehab! They turned her over to collections! This is a woman who has never missed a payment of any kind in her life. The financial director will not even return a phone call! Friendly staff, they take Great care of my mother in the assisted living.
I used to work here just be cautious of who you let take care of your family. I will say they have a great LTC unit but as for Assisted living I would not put my grandma here ever.
