I severed a piece of my right big toe, skin and nail. I was in a slight bit of shock when my housemate brought me into CityMD. The staff were all patient and calm. They kept me at ease with friendly and funny banter. I was really impressed with Dr. Passanante was awesome with his bedside manner. He explained everything he was going to do, prior to doing it.
