I came with my dad for his colonoscope. Everything was fine until the old nurse (I believe she was Chinese, short hair and old woman) came in. Super rude, attitude toward me and ignored whatever I said. When I asked her about my concern about my dad hypertension, she basically told me it was not my business to ask, I could only ask if she allowed me to, and only my dad could ask her (and only when she allowed). I have to say this is a great place I see both my primary care doctor and podiatrist here and I have not had anything but first class care from here, it's like whatever they are doing they need to teach it everywhere in Washington, I will say the front desk agents are some time brass and cold but other then that everything else is amazing ...
