The staff and my provider are friendly and helpful. My provider was happy to tell me that I don't have to return for a year! The elevator from the parking garage to the clinic was operating but the elevator cars were being serviced so it was a little slow.
I like my doctor a lot. But waiting for 13 minutes on hold just to have them pick up the phone and hang it up right away is not okay
Friendly personnel, quick to respond. Allie was the nurse and she was friendly and efficient as well. Dr. Morison was excellent. He was patient, listened, very thorough, and came up with several great plans for my care. I definitely recommend this facility.
What a terrible representation of medical care and services! I've called 4 separate times to make an appointment. I'm a new patient with COPD, Sleep Apnea, and need a new Bi-pap machine. First, I was on hold for 42 minutes, and when someone finally picked up she didn't have the time of day foe me and hung up on me mid- sentence. Twice my insurance tried to reach them and was told they'd call me back. Same with my PCP doctor's office. THEY ARE MEDICAL PROVIDERS, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE!
