I had gotten a breast reduction here two years ago with Dr.Krandall. I had to reschedule my surgery 2 different times because they kept scheduling me while the Dr was on vacation, when it finally came time to wheel me back to get my surgery they tried telling me to reschedule because they lost my covid test! I had refused to reschedule and they ended up taking a covid test and letting me get the surgery. Dr. Todd wilcox did a breast reduction and removed old "dog ears" from a tummy tuck 19 years ago. He did a fantastic job on both. I couldnt be happier with his artistic work and his very professional and easy disposition thru the whole process. With that being said , i would have to say that the office staff could stand to be a little more efficient but i was not ever unhappy. I would totally recommend this dr and clinic to anyone that is seeling.

I went in with a referal from my GP for skin removal post 170lb weight loss and had a consultation but never received a quote for the surgery. I called several times to inquire so I could move foward and was told they would send one out, but never did. I continued to contact them, as did my referring primary care Doctor. They evenatually told my doctor that I would have to come back and start over, as they had waited too long and the estimate(they never made) was no longer valid. Dr todd Wilcox did my breast reduction and I couldn't be happier I have never waited more than 10-15 mins to be put in a room Dr. Wilcox and the whole staff at chi Franciscan are absolutely awesome

My appointment was for 4pm was not put into a room till about 5pm. 5:35 rolled around and was never seen! I walked out! Do not recommend this facility at all!
