I am having the absolute worst time getting them to file a claim with my insurance company. They sent the bill to the wrong insurance company, we’re notified by my insurance company and never mailed the proper paper work to the proper place. I have called them at least 10 times about this bill, spoke to a supervisor a month ago and STILL the proper paper work has not been sent. RecommendedI have spent two overnight stays in the last month in the observation unit. I have to give a huge shout out to the nurses who both times took care of me. The kindness, compassion and attention to every detail Vicki, Judy, Karyn and Nurse Practitioner Katie gave were outstanding. They explained everything and made me aware of everything being done to me, they eased my fears and made me as comfortable as they could while I was in pain. My sister was brought in with a spiral fracture of the humorous, they kept her over night but did not give her her medications that she takes, she has COPD and told them more then once she was having trouble breathing and they refused to give her a breathing treatment. They did not splint her arm, they did not give her the proper medications to relieve her pain, and they couldn’t help her out of the bed to use the restroom. This hospital has sunk to a new low. Don’t come to this hospital it is so ghetto and unprofessional my pregnant wife and I are getting the worst treatment. 👎🏻💯 we all been here for hours unattended workers laughing and talking about us and ordering food joking around.
