I am highly disappointed in what this office has become. No fault of the front desk or the nurses, they are amazing. I was seen with this office as a child before they became Stones Crossing. I was so excited to be able to bring my own children here to get the same amazing care I received. Unfortunately since Dr Goettler left the practice it has gone down hill. Great nurses... horribly rude front office staff. Been down hill since Dr. Johnson left. After 17 years Im looking to move my child. Sad few women can ruin an entire place.
Doctor Marshall has been amazing since she examined my son the morning after he was born. She is extremely kind and listens to you. All questions are met with assuring and confident responses in ways that don't make you feel less of great parent. All of the nurses that have helped, especially in giving our son his shots, have been kind and explained the process to us. Any complaints about the office itself are literally small errors and understandable: such as forgetting a milestone sticker or mismeasuring his head. (The doc... read more
