This review is pertaining to Ashley Koselke my PCP and her assistant Jessica. I have consistently experienced rude and dismissive service at this office over multiple years. I only see this provider once a year for my annual wellness visit, so I save my concerns specifically for that appointment. Despite this, I am routinely made to feel as though my symptoms and concerns are being doubted or minimized. Again with the rude service. I only see Koselke once a year so I don’t even call ever during the year for anything so I save my concerns for my yearly wellness visit. Upon my appointments they are always looking at me as if I’m Lying about any symptoms or concerns that I have that I would like further looked into. Also for any tests that I need ran they “don’t know if insurance will cover it due to this or that,” but won’t call & check as they should & expect me to. I came here to have blood work for a surgery at the oncology hospital redone because they ran the wrong tests on my original bloodwork. I had to request to leave work early to get it done, I came in 15 minutes before close because that’s what my work allowed. Testing lady said she wasn’t taking me because she wanted to leave (before close). I explained the prior situation and asked how early I needed to come in to have the labs done. Brain D Radican is my primary care doctor. He is so kind and patient. I’m always able to see him very soon even for last minute appointments and he lets me ramble about what I think I got going on, my symptoms or whatever medical issues I have or have had and he listens to all my concerns and does all the proper tests and examinations that he and I feel are necessary. Do not go here. We have been trying to get my daughter in for a new patient appointment since September. The first appointment they had was in November so we wait 2 months just for them to cancel the appointment the day of and the next available wasn't until January 6th. They just called today and canceled again due to weather and can't get her in until Febuary 3rd and there is "nothing they can do about it". Don't waste your time this office could care less about you or your family.
